1st day of school today!! Term 2!!~
Just 9 more weeks and i've completed my Cert 4 in Hospitality!!! =)
So far things are going extremely smoothly..
Totally zero hiccups so far..
Looking forward to complete my Assessment 2 for my Lead & Manage..
As well as looking forward to start my accounts lesson..
Today's lesson was awesome..
Mostly about discussions.. For both classes.. Mainly Angela's class..
I find that my group's video on Hazards is absolutely AWESOME!! =)
Hopefully can post it up once it's done..

1st day of work today!!! WOOTS!!~ TONY ROMA'S!!! YUMMY!!!
Well, started off well..
But onto 2 hours into service..
My fingers started to get cramp!! WHAT THE CRAP LAH!!
Gonna make sure i warm up my fingers tmr.. since i'm working full day tmr =)
And bcoz of my poor time management and lack of speed,
i've burnt 3 HBB and 1 Beef =(
But nvm..
My goal tmr is to NOT TO BURN ANY RIBS BUT GRILLING IT TO PERFECTION!!! =)
Anyway, just this 4 hours on the grill,
my hands are extremely dry!!
Anyone wants to air mail moisturiser to benben??
Will be deeply appreciated.. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA =X
Anyway, my skin on my knuckles and finger joints are already peeling off!!
OH MY GOSH LAH..
imagine what will happen after tmr??!!??!?
BUT nvm..
Ever since i chose this job, i was already prepare for it.. hahahhaha..

Seems like I'm back to blog again at the weee hours of the night..
I just can't get myself to sleep..
Whenever i get into a comfortable positon..
And am already half asleep..
Something will just happen..
It will be either someone dropped something really loud outside..
Or someone opened my door to check on me..
Or it'll be something that just pops into my mind..
I'm so so super irritated by it now..

Anyway, just an update of my life lately..
I was hired by Tony Roma's as a cook that does the grill..
So far, i've only been trained on grilling the ribs by Benedict..
Seems like my Box 3 days are officially over now =(
I feel down about telling jeffery and rhodan about telling them i'm not going back last min..
But.. thank God for their understanding and suprisingly, their extra support =)
Anyway, i've learnt a lot from these 2 great man the past year..
They've brought up my skills and knowledge about the industry into a higher level up..
And now, i'm at Tony Roma's..
Which is a whole new different environment..
A different kitchen.. totally different!!!
But i believe that God has got me working there for a greater purpose that i'm expecting =)

Oh ya.. Just to let u guys know,
I'm going to start driving again..
Seems like i've finally picked myself up from the last failure..
This time.. i'm super super determined to pass it no matter what!!
if possible.. with perfect score.. ZERO DEMERITS!!! =) AMEN TO THAT!!
And, i've changed my driving instructer to same as Shuang..

Alrighty.. Just hope i get to bed before 6am again..
If not, something might happen to me again..
I suppose my bio-clock will be adjusted back when school starts in 2 days =)

Alrighty..
I was just joking with Rhodan the other day about going back to work in Box 3..
To my surprise.. Jeff called me up on Monday afternoon..
Asking me if i want to head back to work on sunday..
I said ok.. y not?? since i'm like in need of money?? also wanna check out whether can my back take the load of working long hours or not..

BUT IRONICALLY!!!
Benedict called me ystd (wed) evening..
He had a vacancy at Tony Roma's.. For a cook..
And he offered me a job as a cook.. I WAS LIKE "WOAH!! OK!! Y NOT??"
Since Tony Roma's like a more higher class place..
And Benedict's a very experienced chef..
SO WHY NOT?!??!

ANYWAY..
Just to let everyone know..
I'll be going down to Tony Roma's for my training tomorrow for their lunch..
This will mark my 2nd month since i last work in a kitchen..
BUT!! obviously with all the gueridon thta we practiced in school..
My cooking skills definitely has not been of lack.. (AMEN TO THAT)
Well.. WISH ME ALL THE BEST GUYS!!! =)
Pray that i get hired.. AND PRAY THAT I CAN EXPLAIN MYSELF TO JEFFERY!!!

I'm currently reading this book

Although i've bought this book a year ago at koorong in North Perth,
But i've just only started to officially reading it last night!!!

Just wanna take this time to share this quote from his book with you all..

My grandma's funeral's finally over..
Seems like it was really worth it to come back..

anyway.. now that it's over,
it's time to start doing the things that i have to do..
ystd, i spent time with yonggao and yong jian..
and coach francis with bryan,
and joeann to end my night..
I have a list of activities to do today as well..


I'm now at the macdonald's at queensway shopping centre..
using wireless..
just wanna go walk walk around queensway, eat the laksa here!!!
Gonna meet fookai and the gang later at Vivo city.. AWESOME!!!
And gonna meet junpern to play badminton later..
After all this.. meeting the RP badminton peeps to end my day =)
Gonna be a fruitful trip..

Anyway.. just gonna head off..
Will be back in Perth on nxt thurs around 11.55pm =)
