apparently, having sleeping disorders recently..
I believe that it seems to be the same reason as last time during my O lvl period bah..
Due to not exercising at all..
I remember how well i slept last night after playing badminton..

My backache is back again.. damn..
I really need to take this time to think..
Plan out my schedule..
I need to organise my time more..
I can't believe that i overslept all my theory classes last week..
And it's all afternoon classes..
I'm so disappointed in myself..
I'm so gonna change this problem of mine..

Anyway..
It's time for me to head back to exercise again.. hahaha..
Baddie was fun ystd..
Played with nicole and her cousins..
I taught aaron things as well.. Some doubles tactics..
I'm glad that i still can demostrate it to him..
Seriously, i've dropped a lot..
Especially with my fitness level..
Now that uncle is gonna bring the dog out to his workplace..
I can exercise in peace at the back yard now..
Without having my dog disturbing me.. hahaha..

talking about dogs..
yes, gypsy died last monday..
I'm still rather sad over it..
but uncle went to the ranger centre ystd to buy a new dog..
And this time, it's a HUGE german shepherd..
I'll only take his pic when he's friendlier to me..
Apparently, he's being abandoned by his ex-owner..
And we adopted him =)
hope he'll like me bah..
Just like how gypsy used to love me =)

School past week was ok..
Like i said.. i've overselpt..
But for my practical.. i've been improving..
Creating very creative dishes..
I know that tangy prayed for me..
She told me about it..
I thank her for it..
And u know what..
I'm gonna make her birthday cake at the end of this year..

I seriously hope that u guys out there can continue to pray for me..
Pray for strength to be with me..
Pray that i'll slide back to God more..

3 days time..
It'll be my 8 mth here..
How fast did time flies..
I'll be returing to singapore very soon =)
and i'm glad that i've programs awaiting me.. hehe..
Nicole asked me to go watch movie with her as well..
Let's hope that she doesnt want to strip me naked.. =X
