Ok guys.. finally benben's back to blog again.. haha..
After being MIA for 2 weeks..
i was being super busy lah..
With school, with work and with BEING SICK!!! =.="
Yes, i was sick last week..
I was so sick that i really feel like fainting in class..
And i keep on having bad nosebleeding..

Probably all due to lack of sleep..
Overworking..
Not taking of meals on time..
Not Exercising at all..
so ya.. haha..

I seriously need to improve in my badminton lah..
I've seriously drop in standard tremendously..
My round the head smashes can't even have a steep angle like last time already..
No power at all..
i can't even control my taps and smashes..
the only thing that i can still do really well is my flick, net shots, drops, lobbing with forehand and backhand to the baseline consistantly and yeah.. that's about it..
my footwork totally sucks..
Can't move at all..
feet are stuck to the ground..
Feel like i'm so getting fatter and fatter..
Gonna partner cynthia again for the coming gala (north of the river) in mixed..
I'm so gonna kick nato's ass.. =)
so it means it's time to exercise..

school was really great..
met the new chef.. chef denis.. from france also.. 3rd french chef in swan tafe =.="
ex head chef of duxton hotel.. a 5 star hotel in perth.. WOAH O.O
and i was really touched the way how chef Jean Mahe introduced me to him..
He introduce me as "Star Student" =.="
Anyway, i was the Sous Chef on monday for large scale..
So i was in charge of this and that.. gotta shout the order..
i was seriously pissed with the front of house staff..
keep on talking inside the kitchen when my chefs can't hear anything of the order at all..
i seriously wanted to tell them to shut up..
Bcoz they were saying that i was too slow when i have food turning cold waiting to be served..
My shelf is totally filled with food turning cold and u are telling me to be faster??..
Oh my tian lah.. i'm a 2nd sem student..
I'm trying to set a good example to you all but u all don't take it as smth new to learn??..
Nvm about it lah.. let's just hope that God will touch them
and they'll change one day..

Chef Taylor wasn't in sch on friday..
She was sick with chest infection.. woah.. get well soon chef..
Missing her nagging in english accent =X hahahaha
made mille feuille slice, apple jalousie and palmiers with chef michel instead..
he's great.. having a french chef to teach u french pastry.. LOL..
how great is that??.. hehe..
but chef taylor was being really detailed in explaination..
Really miss it =)

anyway..
I've FINALLY BOUGHT MY MICROSOFT OFFICE 2007!!!!
AUD$144.. license for 3 computers..
Quite worth it bah.. hahaha..
It means i can finally start with my assignments..
Gotta do a set menu for a festive season..
And God knows y i chose halloween.. =.="
feel like banging my head on the fall after choosing it..
it also means i got no excuse to not help weishan with her work anymore =.="
awwww.. nvm lah..
since she's always busy.. and she trust me to edit it for her..
It shld be my honour right?.. hahaha...

Recently met 2 new juniors on msn..
One is call huixian.. and the other is xiu po..
They are my juniors who are best friends..
Both currently in sec 1 this year.. same class as well..
Really bring back memories of myself being a sec 1 den.. hehe..
I really had fun talking to them..
just that i was being rather busy.. can't reply them fast.. hahaha..
paiseh lah ladies.. nxt time ok??..
and hope to see this year's sec 1 badge of badminton and SL..
As well as nxt years..
I wish to know more about them and see how youngsters are changing nowadays..

Ok.. this is gypsy.. i like to call her gyp.. short and sweet.. awww.. ain't she cute?? she's a ridgeback.. and when she sits down, she's up to almost my waist.. half way thru my thigh.. =)
And u see what happened today??.. my boots fell victim to her jaws.. =.="" she took my leather boots as a chewing practice.. grrrrr.. my 100 dollars boots ah.. I wear this everyday day leh..
