Dr Phil Pringle Although i've bought this book a year ago at koorong in North Perth, But i've just only started to officially reading it last night!!! Just wanna take this time to share this quote from his book with you all.. "Successsful leaders are not artificial clones or plastic imitations of others. They have discovered who they are. They know what they want and where they want to go. They also know what they don't like, what they don't want, and where they don't want to go. Successful Leaders Enjoy being who they are. They enjoy their tastes, their clothes, their friends, and hteir style. Whatever they don't like, they work to change. They are comfortable with who they are. And if there is something they can't change, they change their attitude toward it, seeing it in a constructive light and as a positive attribute. Once we learn to celebrate our lives instead of rejecting ourselves, we can love others can more fully and more easily accept their differences, which are complementary to us.
